The Reach Texas State Missions Offering brings Southern Baptists of Texas Convention churches together in a shared commitment to advance the gospel. Our mission is rooted in the truth of Acts 20:35 that says, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” This reminder has shaped SBTC churches throughout our history to faithfully invest in this offering, where 100% of every gift directly supports missions and evangelism through our churches.

Reach Texas is how Texans reach Texas—and beyond. Through this offering, churches are planted in unreached communities, disaster relief meets urgent needs, students encounter Christ, and the gospel is carried to the more than 30 million people who call Texas home. SBTC churches are engaging a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, including Muslims, Buddhists, and Hindus. Without this offering, many of these evangelistic efforts that impact every generation, from students to adults would not be possible.
