Click ‘PUSHPAY’ at the bottom of these instructions to take you to the PushPay Portal.

Then, Click the man icon at the top right of the PushPay Portal, then select ‘Manage Account’.

Follow the prompts through PushPay to sign-in to your account.

Under your ‘Recurring Gifts’ section, hit ‘edit’.

To the right of the ‘Recurring Gift - Active’ heading select the ‘Cancel’ button. Then, select ‘Yes’ to confirm your cancelation of this recurring gift.

Make sure to cancel any other recurring gifts on your account and then log out of your account.

Click ‘GIVE’ at the bottom of these instructions to take you to the Aplos Portal.

Follow the prompts from Aplos to fill in all of the needed information.

Make sure you check the box ‘Make this a recurring donation’ if you desire for this amount to be donated on a regular basis.

When inputting your type of payment, you now have an option to use a Credit/Debit Card or you can connect Aplos to directly withdraw from your bank account. This is called the ‘ACH’ option. There are less transaction fees charged to the church if you choose the ACH method of giving. You will need your online banking log-in information to set this up.

Also, you will have the choice to decide if you would like to pay the transaction fee for your recurring donations. Hillcrest has budgeted to pay these fees, but your extra donation would be greatly appreciated. Transaction fees are listed below.

1. 3% for all Credit/Debit Card Transactions

2. 1.3% for all ACH Transactions

To finish you donation simply select ‘GIVE’ at the bottom to the Aplos portal.

After you have completed your donation, you will receive an email confirmation of your donation. You will also find in this email a link to press if you would like to view your donation history or manage recurring donations.
