Some Details
Why?
We feel like camp is especially needed this summer due to the fact that so many events throughout our community have already been canceled. Our students spiritually need a time to gather together for worship, bible study, and community. Also, by our staff programming Church Camp, we are able to perfectly mold camp to fit our specific context and students.
When?
July 27-31. This is the last full week of summer before a lot of our students begin sports and band practice in August. This is a great time for our students to spend a week growing closer to God and diving into controversial topics.
Where?
Church Camp will be held at the Church! For families who are more aware and cautious of Covid-19, We believe that having camp at our church will allow parents to monitor and control how much social exposure their Child RECEIVEs. But, we will also be able to have the full camp experience for those who are able (Recreation, spending the night, small groups, Large groups, etc.).
How Much?
Free! Due to the effects of COVID-19 that families are facing we are blessed to be able to offer the Full church camp experience to our students for free this summer!
Who Can Attend?
Students from our community! We welcome all students who attend our student ministry and their friends to join us for this event! Due to Covid-19, we are asking that no students from outside communities attend this event. This will help in our efforts to limit the spread of this virus between communities and groups.
